Credit Card Charges
Thousands of our customers have been successful in claiming back their credit card charges through our business - www.ppiclaims.net
Consumer Law states that any charges credit card providers levy on their customers must be proportional to the actual costs incurred by the company. The simple question is does it really cost the card provider £25 to send an automated letter when someone goes 1p over their limit?
Being fined for going over your credit card limit is not allowed but these charges feel like fines and because of the way they are now perceived and because the fee cannot be proven to be fair, this is why they can be reclaimed.
Unlike bank charges, credit card charges can be reclaimed now. So, why not ease any current financial strains and get some of your money back which has been taken by the banks in the form of a charge.
The OFT has suggested that the correct figure should be in the region of £12. We can reclaim these charges of £12.00 as well as older charges - up to 6 years of charges. This is excluding any contractual interest + statutory compensation we can recover. A typical claim for £600.00 in charges could see the claimant recover over £1000.00 with interest and compensation.
